Three observers to take charge today

KRISHNAGIRI: Three observers out of the six appointed to monitor the election process in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri constituencies will take charge on Thursday.
In Krishnagiri Lok Sabha constituency, Manjul Kumar Joshi who has been appointed as observer for Uthangarai (SC) and Bargur Assembly segments and B.R.R. Kumar, Additional Commissioner, Income Tax, appointed for Krishnagiri and Veppanahalli segments, will take charge on Thursday.
S.C. Srivastava, appointed as observer for Hosur and Thali Assembly constituencies, is expected to take charge on Friday.
In Dharmapuri, Mahaveer Singh, appointed to monitor election process for Harur and Pappireddypatti Assembly segments, will take charge on Thursday.
Abay Kumar Misra, appointed to monitor the election process in Palacode and Dharmapuri Assembly segments, is arriving on Friday and expected to take charge on Saturday. Mahendra Paul, appointed to monitor Mettur and Pennagaram Assembly constituencies, is yet to confirm his arrival, say Collectorate sources.
