‘We will work for TNCC chief’s victory’

SALEM: Burying their differences, leaders and cadres of various factions of the Salem Congress met here on Tuesday and agreed to work for the party candidate and Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) President K. V. Thangkabalu’s win in Salem Parliamentary constituency.

“We will work hard for the candidate’s win,” the leaders and cadres assuredDMK secretary Veerapandi S Arumugam and Mr. Thangkabalu.

The Minister, while addressing the Congress cadres, said that united and coordinated efforts alone could ensure victory for the DMK-Congress alliance in the State.
