Call to support Grand Alliance
CPI(M) State committee member and district secretary V. Umamaheswara Rao on Wednesday asked people to defeat the Congress by voting in favour of the candidates representing the Grand Alliance.
He said CPI (M) candidate for Vijayawada Central Ch. Babu Rao, CPI candidate for Vijayawada West K. Subbaraju and the Alliance-backed nominee for Vijayawada East Gadde Ramamohan had kept themselves available to the common man at the time of distress.
He also appealed to the voters to support Grand Alliance candidate for Vijayawada Lok Sabha seat Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan.
