Justified demand
After all, there was some justification in the demand to install CCTVs in polling stations in problem areas of Kadapa though it did not materialise. One realised this more after the reported clashes between workers of rival parties. Even the High Court suggested the State Election Commission to consider installing CCTVs as a precaution in some polling stations of Pulivendula and Jammala-madugu constituencies. However TDP Kadapa Lok Sabha candidate ensured the presence of an ex-member of European Parliament so that she would get first-hand experience of polling in the area and through her, the world outside.
