Belgaum
Belgaum: Common Entrance Test (CET) 2009 for admission to medical and engineering courses in Karnataka will be held on May 6 and 7. Accordingly, the district administration is gearing up to conduct the CET in a free and fair manner. According to sources here, 6,928 students will appear for the test in 12 centres in the district. Nine centres will be set up in Belgaum and three in Gokak. The test in biology and mathematics will be held at 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m., respectively, on May 6. Similarly, the test in physics will be held at 10.30 a.m. and chemistry at 2.30 p.m. on May 7.
