Vodafone updates on Puneet’s new film

BANGALORE: Good news is in store for the fans of “Power Star” Puneet Rajkumar. They can now get exclusive updates of his much awaited movie Raaj - The Showman on their Vodafone mobiles. This phone company announced its exclusive tie up with the mega movie of the year on Monday.

Raaj, the movie directed by Prem, starring Puneet Rajkumar and Nisha Kothari, is set to be released the following month.

Speaking at a promotional event “Raaj Meet and Greet” at the Vodafone Store on Cunningham Road, Puneet Rajkumar, said: “Fans will now get a chance to receive the latest movie updates, download exclusive content and stand a chance to win prizes including movie tickets.”

Mr. Rajkumar thanked the company for prominently displaying his new “Captain Jack Sparrow” pirate look and said that he was really happy with his new look in the movie.

Director Prem said: “With increasing mobile penetration today, producers have found innovative ways to create and sustain interest among audiences. Vodafone’s portal will play an integral role to promote and popularise the music of Raaj thereby contributing to the success of the film.”

He added that the movie would have a worldwide release in 13 countries, including the U.S., Australia, Dubai and New Zealand.

CEO of Vodafone Essar South Ltd. K. Sankara Narayanan and music director Hari Krishna were present.

Vodafone customers can now call 567601 to download Raaj caller tunes, ring tones and sneak peek.
