Tech Mahindra consolidated net profit up

CHENNAI: Tech Mahindra announced a 19 per cent growth in its consolidated revenues which stood at Rs. 4,464.70 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009, against Rs. 3,766.10 crore in the previous year. Consolidated net profit grew by 32 per cent to Rs. 1,014.5 crore from Rs. 770 crore (before exceptional items). For the quarter ended March 31, 2009, it reported a 5 per cent growth in net profit after tax at Rs. 230.40 crore against Rs. 218.70 crore (before exceptional items) and 3 per cent increase in revenue at Rs. 1,051.30 crore against Rs. 1,021.80 crore.
