Poll code delays Gadar cases

HYDERABAD: On account of the election code of conduct still in force, there could be delay in initiating steps to withdraw cases registered against balladeer Gadar, according to Home Minister K. Jana Reddy. He told leaders of the Struggle Committee Against Illegal Cases Registered Against Gadar here on Saturday that the government was taking all steps to ensure withdrawal of cases.
