KADAPA: TDP district general secretary M. Venkataswamy Reddy on Friday questioned the propriety of Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, son of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, participating in official review meetings. The Chief Minister must explain why Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy was allowed into official meetings, he said in a statement. Though Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy did not hold any post, he acted as an ‘extra-constitutional authority’ during the last five years and kept the district administration in his grip, Mr. Venkataswamy Reddy alleged. Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy sat on the dais in the Chief Minister’s review meeting at the IIIT at Idupulapaya on Thursday and in the Chief Minister’s review meeting on irrigation projects in Kadapa on Friday, the TDP leader said.
