NEW RECRUITS: Additional Director-General of Police Alexander Jacob taking the salute at the passing-out parade of the third batch of assistant motor vehicle inspectors at the Kerala Armed Police Parade Ground, Ramavarmapuram, near Thrissur, on Friday. — Thrissur: Additional Director General of Police Alexander Jacob has urged Motor Vehicle Inspectors to focus on creating awareness among the public about traffic rules. He was speaking after taking the salute at the Passing Out Parade of the third batch of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors at the Kerala Armed Police Parade Ground, Ramavarmapuram, near here, on Friday. As many as 42 inspectors passed out on Friday after a three-month basic training in the Kerala Police Academy. Among the 42 Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors, who passed out, there are two Inspectors who have MBA degree and seven with B.Tech degree. Inspector General of Police (Training) B. S. Mohammed Yasin attended the function.
