Second day of Darul Huda meet devoted to discussions



CONFERENCE: M.P. Abdussamad Samadani inaugurating an education conference at the Darul Huda Islamic Academy, Chemmad, on Saturday.

MALAPPURAM: The Darul Huda Islamic Academy at Chemmad devoted the second day of its anniversary celebrations for in depth discussions of various issues affecting the society at large. The three-day celebrations of the academy began on Friday and will conclude on Sunday with the 10th convocation.

Senior Islamic scholar C.M. Abdulla Musliar inaugurated a Fiqh seminar in the morning.

Alavi Hudavi spoke on ‘cloning in Islamic perspective’. Jafar Hudavi spoke on ‘share market’, Shareef Hudavi on ‘birth control’, and Jafar Hudavi Kolathur on ‘hair fixing and dyeing’.

M.P. Abdussamad Samadani, Indian Union Muslim League national secretary and former MP, inaugurated an educational conference. U.V.K. Mohammed, former Syndicate member of Calicut University, presided over the function.
