Summer camp ends on a high note

VISAKHAPATNAM: Westwood International School’s activities of its summer camp were on display on May 10 at Palm Beach Hotel on Sunday evening followed by a seminar.

Principal of Oakridge Group of schools Rohit Bajaj gave a talk on the trends in modern education around the world using visuals for presentation.

Principal of West Wood International Ravichandran used parallels and analogies to explain what schools must deliver. Senior Vice-President of Oakridge group of schools Mallikarjun participated. The programme ended with an interactive session with parents.

The school had designed fun-filled activities for children from Class I to VII from May 7 to 10 to make the holidays exciting and memorable for the kids.

The activities included arts and crafts, music and dance, outdoor projects that included a trip to the All India Radio, cooking and other creative activities.
