NALGONDA: Two youth, including a B.Tech first year student of Hyderabad, died in a road accident in Kodad in the early hours of Sunday. According to sources, K. Kumara Swamy, 24, an engineering student, and his friend P. Sampath, 22, of Hyderabad suffered critical head injuries when the bike on which they were proceeding to Vijayawada hit a road divider near Prameela Towers in Kodad in the early morning. They succumbed to grievous injuries on the spot. The duo met with the tragic death while they were on their way to offer prayers at Kanaka Durga temple in Vijayawada, sources said. Kodad SI Subbirami Reddy registered a case and is investigating.
