GITAM entrance test results announced

VISAKHAPATNAM: K. Srirama Bhargav of Nalgonda and Sruthi Rani of Visakhapatnam secured first ranks in the engineering and management programmes in the GITAM University’s admission test (GAT) 2009. GAT ranks were released on Tuesday.

GITAM University conducted GAT, the computer-based online test for admission into technology, pharmacy and management programmes. About 25,000 students had appeared for the test at 14 centres.

The results are put on the university website www.gitam.edu, according to a GITAM press release. The engineering counselling is scheduled to be held from the second week of June.
