Jewels stolen

CHENNAI: About 20 sovereigns of gold ornaments were reported stolen from a house at T.S. Nagar in Padi on Tuesday. Police said Samiraj (27) and his wife Amala (23) who slept on the first floor of their house saw the front door open. Two mobile phones were also found missing.
