TUMKUR: A man was hacked to death reportedly by a gang of four persons in Kuvempu Nagar here on Friday. The police have arrested three persons in this connection. The police said Maddi Ravi, 23, a resident of Narasimharaja Colony, was having tea at a roadside shop when the gang arrived there in a car and attacked him. The gang left the place soon after he collapsed. The police, who arrived there, took Ravi to a nearby hospital, where he died. The police gave the names of the arrested persons as Manjunath, Harisha, and Chenna.
