THIRUVANANTHAPUARM: Mohamed Siddan, S. Adil and Vishnu J. Nair entered the semifinals in the boys’ under-12 category in the Sree Chitra State Tennis championships at the TTC courts on Saturday. Mohammed Siddan trounced Hithen 7-1. S. Adil overcame Chandan 7-4 while Vishnu J. Nair made short work of Krishna Sai 7-2. The results: Boys (under-12): Quarterfinals: Mohammed Siddan bt Hithen 7-1. S. Adil bt Chandan 7-4, Vishnu J. Nair bt Krishna Sai 7-2. Under-14 (second round): Vikram Ramesh bt Prateek Pramod 8-2; J. Nandu bt Aneesh B. Soman 8-5; Mathew T. Lathra bt Sidharth S. Rajeev 8-1; Revanth Kishore Kumar bt Gautham Krishnan 8-4; Augustine Edward bt Jithin George 8-1; Madhav Narayan Kuamr bt Ram Prakash 8-5.
