SALEM: The Vinayaka Missions University (VMU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal College of Medicine Perak, a part of University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to offer a new medical degree programme. A delegation led by Chairman, PCM Sdn Bhd, Zamani Mohd Noor visited the VMU. The MoU was signed at the function held on the VMU premises here recently. VMU Chancellor A. Shanmugasundaram presided over the function. The Government of Malaysia would select the students based on merit for admissions to the programme. They will study for a period of two-and-half years at the Royal College of Medicine, Perak campus, a press release said.
