For all round growth and benefit

The Higher Education has got an impetus in and around the rural areas of Kaveripakkam through the inception of this college. The College is affiliated with B.Com., B.C.A., B.B.A., B.Sc.,Chemistry, B.Sc., Microbiology, B.Sc., Maths and B.A., Tamil courses with the Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore.

The College is located conveniently linking Vellore and Kancheepuram districts and also easily accessible to villages surrounding these districts. The running of the college bus to the interior parts has further made transport easier.

The first Graduation Day was celebrated on 16-4-09. The College is maintaining a high academic standard and turning out good results in all subjects taught. We give extra coaching particularly in English language and 100% result has been achieved in the semester 2009 U.G. English Language University Examination. The Computer, Chemistry microbiology labs are well furnished. The Library is rich with the Literatures. Skill and Personality development programmes are being arranged. Keen interest is shown in excavating talented persons in sports and games. Every opportunity and coaching are provided to them to participate in the Inter Collegiate Athletics and games events.

Nevertheless the college has secured a prestigious position in the Thiruvalluvar University Inter Collegiate Athletes and games in 2008 and 2009.Students are also trained in cultural and literary programmes .Our students also brought laurels and rolling cups in the state Inter Collegiate events. To promote discipline and ethical values along with academic performance are the cardinal principles of the institution.

The object of the 11th five year plan is to make higher education to make rural and downtrodden to be benefited. The management has fixed an affordable semester fee structure for the courses offered.

The Govt. scholarship and scholarship for the wards of the farmers are also being arranged. The management has also set up a fund to help poor rural students who have scored more than 900 marks in the final Higher Secondary Examination and also to outstanding sports and games performing students. Thus the college has become an excellent Education centre in an economically backward region.
