Hurt in clash

Tirupur: Three DMK and two Congress workers were injured in a clash at Udumalpet on Thursday.

Police said both groups hit each other with iron rods following enmity developed during the campaigning in the recent elections.

All those injured were admitted to various hospitals, police added.
