Mohanty meets Chief Secretary

HYDERABAD: A. K. Mohanty, who has been replaced as Director General of Police, on Friday reported to the Chief Secretary P. Ramakanth Reddy as directed by the government through its order appointing S. S. P. Yadav to the post. Mr. Mohanty reportedly briefed the Chief Secretary on the steps taken by the police department to ensure free and fair elections. –Special Correspondent
