Udupi: The Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation (KMDC) will be providing short-term loans for self-employment to Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Anglo-Indians under various schemes for 2009-10. A press release issued by the Udupi district unit of the corporation here on Friday stated that eligible candidates could contact district supervisor of D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes and Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation at Gomata Building, Lions Main Road, Brahmagiri, Udupi or call 0820-2533582 for details. Last date for submission of applications is June 30.
