VISAKHAPATNAM: Police Commissioner N. Sambasiva Rao inaugurated NIIT Uniqua Centre, a centre for process excellence, here on Friday. Addressing the gathering, he underlined the importance of courses at NIIT Uniqua that were tailor-made to suit the specific requirements of the industry. Associate Vice President of Wipro BPO Praveen Kamath spoke about the exponential growth in the BPO industry. He felt that the course would provide trained professionals to the ever-expanding industry. Territory Manager of NIIT Uniqua Amit Nangia spoke about the collaboration between NIIT and Genpact to provide industry-ready professionals to the BPOs.
