Alleged suicide

NEW DELHI: An unemployed man allegedly hanged himself from a tree in Dwarka here on Sunday. The police suspect it to be a case of marital discord.

The body of Ashok Kumar was found hanging from the tree in Sector 12 of Dwarka in the morning. The police found that he worked at a private hospital but had lost his job recently. Ashok got married about a year ago, but allegedly had frequent altercations with his wife after he lost his job. His wife had recently started living with her parents.

The police suspect that Ashok went to persuade his wife on Saturday failing which he allegedly went to a park and hanged himself.
