Shiv Kapur finishes tied 35th

Wentworth (England): Shiv Kapur signed off with a level-par round to finish tied 35th while compatriot Jyoti Randhawa came tied 64th after returning his best card of the week in the BMW PGA Championship here.

Shiv’s was an eventful card with a bogey cancelling out a birdie and the 12th hole eagle compensating for the 15th hole double bogey.

The Delhi pro eventually finished with a four-day tally of one-under 287 and pocketed Euro 30,600.

Randhawa (293) had two birdies and an eagle in his round, apart from the double bogey on the 12th and the lanky Indian became richer by Euro 10,125.

At the top, Paul Casey (271) survived torrid moments before carding 68 which won him the title, ahead of Ross Fisher, who fell just one stroke behind. — PTI
