Free seminar for civil services aspirants

CHENNAI: Excel Career India organised a free seminar here on Sunday for civil services aspirants. Masoom Ali Sarwar, who secured the 128th rank in the Civil Services Examination 2008 participated and shared his experience in tackling the examination. He asked aspirants to have a simple approach with their unique formula for success in the examination.
