Massive administrative reshuffle in Haryana

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government on Thursday transferred 42 IAS officers, including eight Deputy Commissioners and one Haryana Civil Service officer, with immediate effect.

The Deputy Commissioners of Gurgaon, Karnal, Rewari, Jind, Fatehabad, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, Sirsa and Palwal are among those who have been changed.

G. Prasanna Kumar, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development, has been posted as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Technical Education, in place of Raj Kumar who has been posted as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Labour and Employment, in place of Naresh Gulati who goes as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department.

Shakuntala Jakhu, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Agriculture, will be the new Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development.

P.K. Gupta, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Forests, has been posted as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Industrial Training. Y.S. Malik, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, has been given additional charge of Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Forests.

Roshan Lal, Commissioner and Secretary, Public Health Engineering, has been shifted to the Agriculture Department.

S.S. Prasad, Commissioner and Secretary, Science and Technology, has been given additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology.

Dhanpat Singh, Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation, has been posted as State Transport Controller and Special Secretary, Transport, in place of Saroj Siwatch who has proceeded on leave.

V.S. Kundu, Managing Director, HARTRON, Special Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology, has been posted as Special Secretary, Home-II Department and Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections.

Jyoti Arora, Director, Higher Education, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam and Special Secretary, Power Department and Director, Power Reforms.

Avtar Singh has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Food and Supplies, in place of Anil Malik who becomes Director and Special Secretary, Agriculture, in place of J.P. Kaushik who becomes MD Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills.

R.K. Khullar, Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, has been posted as Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, in place of Rajeev Sharma who has been posted as Special Secretary, Land Use Board and Commissioner, Rohtak Division, in place of S.P. Gupta who has been posted as Chief Administrator, Housing Board.

P.R. Vishnoi, Additional Director, HIPA Gurgaon and Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon, has been posted as Special Secretary, Rural Development, in place of Shrikant Walgad who has been appointed Director in the Central Department of Expenditure.

Ankur Gupta, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, has been posted as Managing Director, HARTRON, and Special Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology.

Balraj Singh, Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, will be new Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula, in place of Ashok Kumar Yadav whose posting orders will be issued later.

G. Anupama, Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon, and Chairperson, Haryana Minerals Limited, New Delhi, has been posted as Additional Director, HIPA, Gurgaon.

M.R. Anand, Additional Commissioner-II, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, has been posted as Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon.

Deepti Umashankar, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon and Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon, has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon. S.K. Goyal, Joint Secretary, Environment Department and Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa, goes as Special Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management, in place of Subhash Chandra who has been posted as MD Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation.

Chander Parkash, Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, has been posted as Director and Joint Secretary, Primary Education Department, in place of R.K. Kataria who has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon and Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon.

C.R. Rana, Deputy Commissioner, Palwal, becomes Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad.

Rajeev Ranjan, Joint Secretary, General Administration, has been posted as Secretary, Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, in place of A. Sreenivas who goes as Deputy Commissioner, Mahendragarh, at Narnaul in place of Mohammad Shayin who becomes Deputy Commissioner Jind in place of T.L. Satyaprakash who becomes Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, in place of C.G. Rajini Kaanthan who goes as Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad, in place of J.S. Ahalwat who will be new Deputy Commissioner, Karnal.

J. Ganesan, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-CEO, DRDA, Yamunanagar, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-CEO, DRDA, Sirsa, in place of Y.S. Khaliya who goes as Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa.

R.S. Khara, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Delhi, goes as Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board.
