Takes charge

PANAJI: Chairman of GVK Group of Industries Krishna Reddy has joined the board of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI). He took over as chairman of its governing board last week. EMRI services were launched in Goa after the State Government entered into a partnership with it last year. — Special Correspondent
