Petitions to be cleared soon

VILLUPURAM: Petitions being received during Jamabandhi session (auditing of village accounts) from June 3 to 22 will be scrutinised on a war-footing and action taken without delay, Collector R.Palanisamy has said. He was attending the second-day of the session at Tindivanam on Thursday. In the past two days, he received 460 petitions seeking house site pattas, old age pension and bank loans. On Thursday, he received petitions from residents of Veliyanur, Ariankuppam Padirapuliyur, Veedur East and West, Theevanur, Aasur, Kollar, Agur, Naduvananthal and Vizhukkan.
