NEW DELHI: A court here has awarded 10 years’ RI to three villagers for gang-rape of a minor after luring her to accompany them to her village in Uttar Pradesh on the pretext that her parents were ailing. Additional District and Sessions Judge Ina Malhotra found accused Nanhey, Raju and Ram Niwas, all residents of a village in Bareilly district of UP, guilty under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code relating to gang-rape and kidnapping.
