In observationThe staff member, who has just returned from the U.S. to Philippines and reported mild flu symptoms, has been sent for observation and is receiving treatment in hospital, it added. ADB’s Pandemic Crisis Management Team is closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary steps to ensure that staff, their dependents, and co-workers are protected and informed. ADB expects the containment measures to remain in place for several weeks, and stresses that the present precaution measures, sufficient to cope with the current situation, will be revised if required, the release said.
