Complaint of missing jewellery

CHENNAI: A resident of New Delhi who came here to attend a function has reported that 50 sovereigns of gold ornaments that he had kept in his bag were missing.

According to police sources, R. Jagannathan (68) had checked into a hotel along with his family members in the T. Nagar area on May 29. They left for New Delhi the next day. On reaching the destination, he noticed that the jewellery was missing. Mr. Jagannathan came back to Chennai and lodged a complaint.
