BJP’s demand

Special Correspondent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The BJP has sought the resignation of the LDF government in the State.

BJP spokesman M.S. Kumar told reporters here on Wednesday that the Chief Minister and other Ministers were divided over Governor R.S. Gavai’s decision to give consent to the CBI for prosecuting CPI(M) State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan in the SNC-Lavalin case. The party welcomed Mr. Achuthanandan’s stance and it should not change in due course, Mr. Kumar said.
