GUNTUR: Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (CIPS) students excelled in the final year B.Pharmacy annual examination conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University in April-2009, said Chalapathi Educational Society president Y.V.Anjaneyulu. The College topper Sk. Raziya Begum secured 1,273 marks (91 per cent). Of 65 students, who appeared for the examination, 50 students secured distinctions and out of them 40 students secured more than 80 per cent. Two students secured more than 90 per cent. Meanwhile, the college got permission from authorities to start a six-year Doctor in Pharmacy course (Pharm D) with 30 seats. Admission for this course will be made through the EAMCET- 2009 for the academic year 2009-10, Mr. Anjaneyulu said
