Liver transplant clinic opens in Bangalore

BANGALORE: Columbia Asia Referral Hospital in Yeshwantpur here has started a liver transplant clinic to coincide with its first anniversary. The aim is to provide a holistic approach to the management of advanced chronic liver diseases. Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, Arvind Kasargod, the hospital’s chief of medical services, said, “We want to have a comprehensive programme through which patients can access all medical services at one location at the same time.” — Staff Reporter
