GUNTUR: The three-day carnival marking the golden jubilee celebrations of Kakani Swasthisala at Pedakakani concluded on Thursday. Over a lakh of devotees from various parts of the country attended the meetings held at the newly extended church building. Among the leading Christian denominational heads who attended the meeting were, senior pastor of Hyderabad Baptist Church B. Samuel, president of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sunil Bhanu and functionaries of Bible Mission. Guest of Honour, Rev. Samuel delivered a message on ‘Bethesda’, comparing the Swasthisala to the ‘House of Mercy.’
