KOLLAM: District Collector A. Shajahan will release a souvenir in connection with a film festival being organised by the Mass Arts Service Society at the Sopanam Kala Kendram here on Sunday. Mayor N. Padmalochanan will receive the souvenir. The function will be followed by the screening of the award-winning film ‘Thalappavu.’ Later in the evening, ‘Thirakkatha’ will be screened at the same venue, society secretary J.
