Engineering college admissions

GUNTUR: The Acharya Nagarjuna University Engineering College beginning its operations from 2009-10 academic year, will admit 240 students in four streams -- ECE, CSE, EEE and Civil through the EAMCET-2009 counselling.

The University, which was temporarily home to School of Architecture and Planning as part of the NITs, will have its own College of Architecture and Planning hopefully from the coming academic year. The university authorities have sent the Letter of Intent and final approval was awaited for the setting up of the college. If the approval comes early enough to begin classes from the coming academic year, the ANU will simultaneously have an Engineering and Artchitecture and Planning Colleges.
