DVDs, CDs seized

A special team of the Central Crime Branch police, formed to check the sale of pirated DVDs and CDs of recently released films, arrested two persons from Sarma Nagar in Erukkancheri. The charge is of making and selling DVDs, CDs and MP3s of Tamil and English films.

Items worth about Rs. 20 lakh, including seven DVD writers and 4,335 DVDs, were seized.
