Radha Krishnan triumphs

CHENNAI: National carrom champion B. Radha Krishnan beat the unseeded M. Suman to clinch the Dr. K.C.G. Verghese Memorial Trophy.

The results: (Final): Men’s singles: B. Radha Krishnan bt M. Suman 16-8, 5-14, 9-8. Veteran’s singles final: Balu bt K. Palanisamy 22-2, 13-8.

Women’s singles: Ilavazhaki bt R. Sharmila 6-5, 7-3.

Men’s doubles: C. Bharathidasan & Dominic bt K. Ramesh Babu & Balakrishnan 17-0, 2-15, 9-6.
