Allahabad: Thirty-eight police personnel, including five Sub-inspectors, have been suspended in the district on various charges of “professional misconduct”, ranging from bribery, harassment of people and laxity in responding to law and order challenges. “Altogether 38 police personnel have been placed under suspension following various charges ,” Allahabad DIG Chandra Prakash said.
