New MLA sworn in

NEW DELHI: Vipin Sharma, son of former Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ram Babu Sharma, was on Monday administered oath as an MLA by Delhi Assembly Speaker Yoganand Shastri.

Mr. Sharma has been elected from his late father’s Rohtas Nagar constituency in the by-election.
