Contemporary art expo to begin tomorrow

KOZHIKODE: A group exhibition of contemporary art begins at the Lalithakala Akademi art gallery on Thursday. The show will be inaugurated by artist Madanan.

The exhibition is being organised by Variation, unit of Rang Vikalp, a non-profit organisation committed to encouraging young and up-and-coming artists across the country.

Ten artists from across the country will participate in the exhibition.

The artists whose works will be exhibited are Arpit Biloria, Badri N. Barfa, Blaise Joseph, D.V. Murugan, Himmat Shah, Kumar Ranjan, L.N. Naga, N. Murthy, Ranjit Kumar and Sanyasi Red.

The exhibition closes on June 23.
