Modern mobile lab to visit 40 schools

NAGAPATTINAM: The modernised mobile lab meant to foster science learning under the aegis of Sarva Sikha Abhiyan (SSA) will be taken around Vedaranyam and Thalainayiru panchayat unions, benefiting students in 40 schools.
The mobile lab has been upgraded with equipment that facilitate learning of science and social sciences, with a view to providing opportunities for students in rural areas to conduct experiments. At a brief function on Tuesday, Collector C. Munianathan handed over the mobile science lab to the District Elementary Education Officer Manavalaramanujam.
