General Secretary of the Udupi Nagarika Samiti Nityananda Volakadu washed a piece of the cloth in front of the officials, the colour of which started to run.

The team comprised quality control manager of the corporation Gangadhar, supply in-charge Subramanya and Udupi unit officer Shivamurugan. DDPI K. Ananda and Block Education Officer D.
