Bangalore: Anything that you want to know about the 198 wards of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), including the population, area and other details, is now available at the click of a button.
All the information about the wards has now been made available on www.bbmpwards.org.
Deputy Commissioner (Urban) G.N. Nayak told presspersons here on Thursday that the delimitation of wards had been done based on the 2001 Census as per the guidelines issued in a Government Order.
The deadline to file objections/ suggestions is June 30, after which the Scrutiny Committee, comprising the Deputy Commissioner (Urban), Special Deputy Commissioner, all Deputy Commissioners of BBMP, will review them, Mr. Nayak said.
