Sundar sizzles

Chennai: M.S. Washington Sundar played a stellar role with a knock of 64 to pilot PACE Cricket Academy to a six-wicket victory over Budding Stars in the final of the Singaram Pillai (under-12) cricket tournament recently.

Sundar was declared the best batsman of the tournament for scoring two centuries in successive matches.

The scores:

Budding Stars 119 for eight in 25 overs lost to PACE Cricket Academy 121 for four (M.S. Washington Sundar 64).
