Three Janata Dal(S) members absent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Three members of the Janata Dal (Secular) were not present for voting in the Assembly on Tuesday. While Mathew T. Thomas and Jose Thettayil voted in favour of the demands for grants in the House, K.P. Mohanan, M.K. Premnath and M.V. Sreyams Kumar were absent. The national president of the Janata Dal (S), H.D. Deve Gowda, had issued a directive to all the five members of the House belonging to his party to vote in favour of the Left Democratic Front.
