Ajmer Urs: SCR to run 2 specials to clear rush

HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway will run two specials between Kacheguda and Ajmer to clear the rush of pilgrims for the annual Urs-E-Shareef of Hazrat Khaja Moinuddin Chisti.

Accordingly, train no. 0778A will leave Kacheguda at 4 p.m. on June 27 and reach Ajmer at 5 a.m. on June 29. In the return direction, train no. 0779 will depart from Ajmer at 1.15 a.m. on July 2 and reach Kacheguda at 12.30 p.m. on July 3. A press release said the special trains will stop at Sitafalmandi, Malkajgiri, Bolarum, Medchal, Mirzapalli, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Dharmabad, Umri, Mudkhed, Nanded, Purna, Parbhani, Selu, Partur, Jalna, Aurangabad, Manmad, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar and Daurai.
