Doctors’ Day today

Kakinada: July 1 is being observed as the Doctors’ Day in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of physician and patriot Bidhan Chandra Roy. While paying tributes to B.C. Roy as he was popularly known and rededicating themselves to their noble profession, doctors are making a fervent appeal to the people to keep themselves healthy and undergo voluntary health check-up at least once a year.
